It appears in the latest Which? consumer poll has revealed that Irish carrier Ryan Air has been voted worst for customer service, scoring just 54% for customer satisfaction. Customer were found to be tired of Ryan Air staffs inability to resolve customer issues and of the general lack of staff knowledge, with Forrester survey finding that customer service experience being tied directly to brand loyalty and repeat purchases, Ryan Air has found itself in serious trouble given how competitive the budget carrier market can be.
On the other hand, Lush super friendly approach to customer service has seen it come out on top with a score of 97% for customer satisfaction.
The survey also found that customers found that chief amongst what customers found to be most irritating were Automated telephone systems followed by companies hard selling extra products, being passed around between departments and annoying hold music. All valuable note to take into account for any call centre.
