Recently dancing lion worked with AQA, one of Britain leading examination and awarding bodies, to help increase awareness of sales and customer service. Steve Shellabear delivered the talk – ‘What is an excellent customer experience and how do you achieve it? which was tailored towards the needs of AQA at Surrey University’s Leggett Building. It focused on customer care from the customer’s perspective and was an interactive session that involved the group.
Those attending related strongly to the content and participation and engagement were excellent.
We got some fantastic feedback from the session and look forward to more opportunities to work with AQA in the future.
