Specialisations include change management, contact centre management, call center development, sales, customer service and credit management.

Christine is a vibrant and successful trainer, facilitator, consultant and coach with 14 years experience in many different organisations across financial services, telecoms, retail , utilities and travel industries. Her experience includes leadership , operations , customer service, sales and interim management. Her coaching style is based on creating and practising new habits to achieve different and better outcomes.

Greg has a young family and is known for his self-deprecating sense of humour.

Nat is a senior HR specialist and author. She has worked with major blue chip organisations in the UK and abroad. She has a broad experience of HR infrastructure and people development and is a real advocate for Continuing Professional Development, (CPD) Nat liked to look beyond appearances.
